I am a first time homebuyer, was new to the entire process, and was very pleasantly surprised that an experience I thought would be complex and stressful turned out to be pretty seamless the whole way. The team was professional, responsive, and friendly and made sure I was informed every step of the way about what was happening and what to expect next. It was easy to reach representatives when I had questions and they made it really easy to get them the information they needed to get everything done. They also went above and beyond to quickly get me a pre-approval when I (unexpectedly) saw a house I was interested in and had to move fast to make an offer!

Trident Mortgage found the best option for my first-time home buyer and explained all the details to him in an easy to understand manner. The mortgage was approved quickly, and we were able to settle within a month of going under contract.

Jake did an outstanding job for us. This is the second home we bought in less than a year. We put in an offer on another one during the process. He was quick to get us the pre-loan documentation so we could get the offer in quickly. He was always quick to respond to questions. His positive attitude was a breath of fresh air during a very crazy time for us. You are very fortunate to have such a great employee.

Hello, I am writing this email about Paul Lindsey. I want to express my appreciation and gratitude towards him.
Over a year ago me and my husband started the home-buying process. On our first attempt of getting preapproved we were unable. When we were given that disappointing news, we were not just left with that.
Instead, Paul took a tremendous amount of time to go over everything with us. He explained exactly what we needed to do to improve our situation to be future homebuyers. We followed everything he told us to do and within six months we were able to get pre-approved to exactly where we wanted to in our price point range.
Many people recommended us to different mortgage companies but I remembered what great experience I had with Paul, so I went back to Trident mortgage.
I'm sure you understand how stressful the homebuying process can be and especially confusing for first timers. However, Paul has always been our source of reference and calm through the entire journey. He is so dedicated to his job it is unbelievable. No matter what time or day or night he has always gotten back to us in such a short amount of time. The man even replied to an email at a funeral if that's not dedication I don't know what it is!
He has really gone above and beyond. We thank him for advocating for us; when our real estate agent wanted us to go above what we could afford by moving numbers around he would not put us in that situation and made it clear to her that would not be in our best interest. In the end we were able to get our home of our dreams at the right price!
Even at the end when things are getting very stressful he is been there for us and has our back; when our real estate agent was frustrated with us because we chose to use our own title company and confusion arose he was there to tell us that everything would work out and had nothing to worry about.
I thank him for all his hard work. As his superiors I hope this email is a glimpse of what an amazing asset Paul is to the Trident company!
